The New Generation of Locksmiths
When encountering the term locksmith, the ideas that come into mind are in line of those of someone that forges steel, someone that cut keys or duplicate keys, or it could be someone that picks lock. Yes all of them are part of the many other task of a locksmith, but in this point of that, are the task performed by old locksmiths are still being performed by locksmiths today?
In this era where safety and security are being prioritized, there have been lots of technological and mechanical advancement of our security system. However, even though there've been a lot changes with regards to the advancement of lock system, the role played by the previous generations of locksmiths are still being performed by current locksmiths. They may not necessarily be forging sheets of steel, but they still practice the system of carefully crafting a device that instigate safety and security, the only difference is that, it's just more technologically and mechanically advanced.
